Deferred Felonies or Adjudication Withheld for a Felony Offense - There are a special class of apartments that will take a Deferred Felony (or Adjudication Withheld for a Felony) or A.W. that won't take a felony conviction! Other States have different names for this like Deferred Adjudication, Conditional Discharge, First Offender case, and others.
Florida says a A.W. is not to be considered a Conviction - too bad most of the apartments don't know that.
Some complexes with accept some charges but not others (like violent or child crimes).
